This skill is knowledge of how to mix and serve drinks, especially alcoholic ones! It's basically good enough to be a licensed bartender. It is also about things like how to steadily increase the amount of alcohol served to get people to order more, or how to properly store it for a long time, or age wines, or dilute or concentrate drinks!
It doesn't make you like amazing or anything, but it makes you definitely decent at it.
