This shard lets you generate and channel electricity! You start out gathering mana in the back of your shoulders, channel it down your arm and give it an image of lightning, and then shoot lightning from your hands. How strong and controlled it is varies by user. It can't harm the caster, and can be used for a lot of purposes.
It is pretty strong.

With this, you can make multiple barriers appear! But you can't control their sizes, so you're still stuck with the ten-inch hexagon thing. They can also be moved around. But there's a limit to about ten at a time.
